10 Ways to Not Go Crazy

As the coronavirus forces more and more of us indoors, we know it’s a challenge to keep from going stir crazy. Here are some fun things we thought of to pass the time:

1. Meditate
Take some time to focus on the moment. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done it before, there are plenty of great guided meditation apps that can help you. If that feels like to much of a commitment: just take deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

2. Take a Bath
With lots of bubbles. And wine. Or any alcohol you have. Don’t be fussed.

3. Watch Something New
Sign up for a free trial of a streaming service and binge as much as you can before it expires.

4. Bring a Pin to Life
Try to reproduce a pin you liked on Pinterest. Fail. Try again.

5. Straighten Up
Organize your closet. Clean out your junk drawer. Go through your makeup and throw out anything old or expired.

6. Cook
Try out a recipe for something you’ve never had before. Or make something you usually buy. Hummus is super simple to make yourself.

7. Bake
Or just binge The Great British Baking Show on Netflix. Either one.

8. Move Stuff Around
Rearranging your furniture will make your house feel like a completely different space.

9. Start a 32-step Skincare Routine
Apply all the face masks, serums moisturizers you never had time for before. Get a quartz roller. Go wild.

10. Look at Pictures of Puppies
The internet is full of them.
