We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping .costs). We do not provide return labels however we do pay for shipping back to you on exchanges.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for Finn + Emma® to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than finnandemma.com.


When returning an item please use our Customer Return/Exchange Form. Please fill in all information requested on the form. This will help us efficiently process your return.  We do not provide return labels however we do pay for shipping back to you on exchanges.  In order to get a credit or exchange you must ship back the product at your expense.


For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Finn + Emma® is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Finn + Emma to refund your credit card upon receipt.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than finnandemma.com. 

SHIPPING

All orders will ship from Fairfield, NJ. For Free Shipping we use USPS and for all express orders we use UPS. We only offer free shipping to the contiguous U.S.
Orders.

We normally ship within 1 business day but in  light of the COVID-19 CDC guidelines we have only one person in the warehouse shipping.  For this reason we ask for some patience as shipping can take an additional 1-2 business days.  Also, please note that our rockers ship direct from France and they ship in around 21 days as indicated on the product page of the site.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please know that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what is provided in the USPS tracking system. If you have any delivery issues please reach out to your local postal service.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SHIPMENTS ONCE THEY LEAVE THE USA. FINN + EMMA DOES NOT COVER ANY CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEARING THE GOODS AND PAYING ANY FEES RAISED BY COUNTRY FOR CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES.
