Yes, our garment factories are fully G.O.T.S. certified. Meaning the entire process from start to finish is certified organic.
Why should I buy organic products for my baby?
You’ve probably heard the stats before – 1/3 of a pound of chemicals, including pesticides, chlorine bleach, formaldehyde, ammonia, lead, and phthalates among others, can go into the production of a single conventional tee shirt. These chemicals have a negative impact on the environment, the workers in the fields and factories, and ultimately the wearer of the tee shirt.
What type of wood do you use for your teething toys?
The wood we use on our teething toys and wooden play gym toys is a fast-growing hardwood, sourced from sustainable, government managed plantations in India. Being a hard wood, it can be used to make products that copes with the stresses and strains of everyday use.
Are Finn + Emma® Products safe for my children?
At Finn + Emma®, we take safety seriously. All Finn + Emma® products are designed and tested according to applicable rules and regulations. In the U.S., this includes acts enforced by the Consumer Products Safety Commission, and those defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). The most recent U.S. legislation is H.R. 4040, also known as the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), passed in August of 2008. This law addresses the amounts of lead allowable in children's products and child care articles, the amount of Phthalates allowable in children's toys and child care articles, as well as proper labeling and tracking of these items.
As per CPSIA, Finn + Emma® tests post-production samples of all regulated products, using certified third-party laboratories. These products are labeled with tracking information to identify the manufacturing date and location of each product.
We understand the concerns of parents regarding product safety. Since our company began selling innovative infant products, we have invested in personnel and procedures to help ensure their safety and compliance. We will continue these efforts so that consumers can always feel safe and secure with Finn + Emma® products.
How do I clean my Finn + Emma® toys?
We recommend to hand-wash and hang-dry our knit toys. Our wood toys as well as play gym frames we recommend wiping down with a damp cloth.How do I clean my Finn + Emma® clothing?We recommend washing them cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Please do not use bleach.Do you use any flame retardants in your products?We do not use any flame retardants in any of our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Please know that we use USPS International Priority Service for all our international shipments and that once the package leaves the country we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what the USPS tracking number provides. If you have any delivery issues please reach out to your local postal service.

Do you offer Free Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?
Unfortunately we only offer free shipping to the contiguous US

For Free Shipping we use USPS. For express we use UPS.
I just placed an order, how long does it take for it to ship?
Any orders received before 1pm EST usually ship the same day. Any orders received after 1pm EST usually ship the next Business Day.
Is there a limit to how many items I can put in my cart?
There are no limits to the amount of items you can add to the cart.
Can I cancel an order?

What is your return policy?
We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. For more details please visit our Return Policy here.
I received a defective item. How do I return or exchange it?
Please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 973-771-5662 and they will make sure to send a replacement out right away. If the defective items needs to be returned to us we will also provide a pre-paid return label.
Does Finn + Emma® offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can select gift wrapping during the checkout process for a $4.00 fee. Your items will be gift wrapped in color co-ordinating tissue paper and packaged in a keepsake kraft paper box.
What if I don't want all of my items gift wrapped?
Specify in the order notes which items should not be gift wrapped.
What if I have more than one gift I need wrapped?
Unfortunately, at this time, we can only process one gift per order.
Do your gift cards expire?
Our Gift Cards never expire.
