Tips on comfort + dressing to impress!
It’s almost that time of year when nature seems to wake up from its winter hibernation. Depending on where you live, the birds might be chirping, trees might be greening up, and spring bulbs may be poking through the ground. Ahh…bring on the springtime! Today we’re sharing some tips on dressing your little one in comfort and style this season.
What type of clothing keeps baby most comfortable in the spring?
Two words: cotton; layers. You may have heard us say this same thing in the autumn, but breathability and comfort are exactly what your little one needs during these seasons that can be a little bit cool and a little bit warm (often all on the same day!). And, let’s be honest: 100% cotton clothing—preferably organic—is the most comfortable thing for baby in every season. It’s breathable and buttery against baby’s skin, and it lends itself well to layering.
Also: don’t forget to pack a light blanket if you’re going to be outside on a spring day. Even if your little one doesn’t end up needing it for warmth, it’s bound to come in handy (think: taking a break and relaxing on the grass, picnics, burping, etc.). And, of course any time you’re taking baby outside, make sure you’re set on the sun-protection front—with hats, umbrellas, etc. Socks too!

Layering
