Refund policy
We stand by our merchandise 100% and we will accept returns on any unused and unwashed item within 30 days of purchase.
Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Finn + Emma® to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than finnandemma.com
When returning an item please use our Customer Return/Exchange Form (enclosed in your package). Please fill in all information requested on the form. This will help us efficiently process your return.
For exchanges, please fill in the section for new items you’d like shipped to you. Please update your address if you need your new order shipped to an alternate address. Include payment information for new items of greater value. Exchanges will be processed within 2 weeks.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Finn + Emma® is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
